Little Feat

For four decades, Little Feat has been billed as one of the best live rock n’ roll bands ever. They also remain one of the most active. Little Feat is Paul Barrere, guitar and vocals; Bill Payne, keyboards and vocals; Fred Tackett, guitar/mandolin/trumpet and vocals; Gabe Ford, drums and vocals; Kenny Gradney, bass; and Sam Clayton, congas and vocals. Since the band was formed by Lowell George in 1969, Little Feat has always has been well received by fans and critics. But for most of its existence, the band has never been exactly mainstream. Nonetheless, Little Feat has survived and thrived under the radar because its music is important, influential and has tremendous multigenerational magnetism.
